90 Day Return Policy, 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty Information 90 Day Return Policy We will gladly accept any brand new (unopened) items and provide a refund of the purchase price for 90 days after purchase. If your item was shipped to you free of charge, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you received any bonus items with your purchase it is expected that these be returned in brand new (unopened) condition as well, otherwise the retail value of any such free gifts will be deducted from your refund. Coffee cannot be returned and any free coffee given will be deducted from your refund. 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to providing our customers with excellent service and helping you find the machine that best suits your needs. If within 45 days of shipment you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a credit minus a 15% restocking fee or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. If your item was shipped to you free of charge, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit/refund.
