If you find a retailer with a lower advertised price on any product that we carry we will beat the price by 10% of the difference.

Rules and Exceptions

1)    Item must be exactly the same, same manufacturer, model number, etc.

2)    Guarantee applies to grand total (excluding taxes), since some competitors will offer a low price but inflated shipping and our shipping is free.

3)    We cannot price match any bonus or additional items that may be offered by a competitor because it is difficult to verify the value of these items.  However, in the spirit of customer service we will attempt to match bonus items with equivalent items from our stock (at iDrinkCoffee.com’s sole discretion)

4)    Item must be in brand new condition and in stock.  It cannot be used, refurbished, open box, a floor model, a demo, discontinued, etc.

5)    Competitor must have a website listing the price or a print ad in a newspaper or magazine.  This guarantee does not apply to classified ads in newspapers or online classified sites, auction sites, coupon based pricing.

6)    Competitor must be based in Canada. 

7)    This Guarantee is valid for 14 days after your purchase

8)    iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to determine which sales and/or websites qualify for its Low Price Guarantee at its sole discretion.

How to make a claim

1)    Email sales@idrinkcoffee.com with all the relevant information including a link to the page or a scan of the newspaper ad.

2)    Please include your full name, address, and contact information

3)    Typically you will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
