Fully Automatic Coffee Brewing
Gone are the days of having to grind your own coffee, tamp it, brew it, and clean the mess after you are finished. Thanks to its hands free brewing system. All you have to do is press a button to get your coffee. The Saeco Royal Professional grinds, tamps, brews and cleans in less than 30 seconds.
Digital Function Screen
The digital display shows the various machine functions and the status of the machine. It indicates when you are out of beans or water, when machine needs cleaning, and more. From the screen, you can program the Royal Professional for various cup sizes, water temperature, and control other functions as well.
Customizable Brewing Temperature
The Saeco Royal Professional allows you to regulate the brewing temperature of your coffee from mild, hot, and very hot. The digital display indicates the brewing temperature.
Automatic Milk Frothing System
At the push of a button, the Saeco Royal Professional has an automatic milk frothing system that instantly heats and froths milk in addition to having a standard milk steaming nozzle. The frothing system can be operated while brewing is in progress. Simply press a button for instant milk froth!
3 Preset Cup Size Buttons
Just press the single cup button to make a "short" espresso, the double cup button to make a "double" espresso, or the triple cup button to make a "triple."
Brew Volume
You can use the three factory preset cup sizes or program the machine to make any cup size you want. When you press the brew button, the machine will automatically brew the correct amount of coffee each time. You can program the machine to make the same cup volumes every time with cup sizes up to 8 ounces with varying strengths.
Special Pre-infusion Brew System Cycle
Pre-infusion allows you to get maximum flavor from the brewing process. This advanced function takes the newly ground coffee beans from the internal coffee grinder and correctly tamps the coffee. Through “pre-infusion”, the grounds are pre-soaked and then brewed before being discarded automatically into the internal waste box. The machine then resets itself for the next brewing cycle.
Bypass Doser
If you prefer another kind of bean to what is in the bean hopper, in that case the bypass doser is a great option. It allows you to pour in any kind of ground coffee and brew using that instead of what is in the bean hopper.
Opti-Dose System
This feature of the Saeco Royal Professional allows you to determine the strength of the coffee despite the size of the cup for any kind of coffee - from small to large cups.
Milk Steaming Arm and Hot Water Dispenser
Now heating and frothing milk for cappuccino and lattes is easy with its powerful steaming arm. As long as the machine is turned on hot, water can be instantly dispensed from the steam nozzle. This is a nice feature for teas, hot chocolate, or other hot beverages that need hot water.
Professional Quality Burr Grinder
The Saeco Royal Professional has a built-in, conical type burr grinder, the same type used by the professionals. Pushing the brew button sets the cycle in motion with the grinder measuring out the correct amount of beans for the selection made and then grinding it to specifications.
