The Giotto Evoluzione is housed in a highly durable and very beautiful AISI 304 stainless steel case. The unit stands 33 W x 42.5 D x 35 H (cm) and weighs 46.3 lbs.

Water Supply
The Rocket Giotto Evoluzione offers its users 2.9 liter water reservoir system or alternatively the ability to connect this machine range directly to a mains water supply. This unique feature gives the user the flexibility to use the machine right away.

Rotary Pump
The Rocket Giotto Evoluzione features a rotary pump which is whisper quiet, delivers even pressure, easily adjustable and more durable.

E-61 Brew Group
The Professional-Class E-61 brew group features a solid, lead-free brass end plate that helps in heat retention and thermal stability. Heavy duty E61 grouphead of the machine is actively heated by the boiler using Thermosiphonic system that enhances the balance of the espresso machine and the ability to texture perfect milk.

Nickel-Plated Boiler
Its 1.8 liter, pure copper boiler has a brass end plate, which enhances the steam power and thermal retention. The whole boiler unit is then nickel-plated that doesn't react with or leach metals into the water. It is also less likely to build up minerals. So your Rocket Giotto Evoluzione will have less scale.

Pressure Control Switch
The Rocket Giotto Evoluzione comes with a full size commercially rated pressure switch (0,035°C temperature differential tolerance) - a technology that was earlier reserved for commercial machines only.  

Stainless Steel Steam Wand
The Giotto Evoluzione has the "cool-touch" stainless steel steam wand using a patented sleeve system that prevents the wand from getting too hot. Steam wand with a two-hole tip and hot water wand are internally insulated so you won't burn yourself on them after use. Steam nozzles are designed for easy milk foaming with fine texture.

Electronically Controlled
The Rocket Giotto Evoluzione features microprocessor controlled automatic level control of boiler and fresh water reservoir with low water level indication.

Dual Pre-Infusion System
Mechanical pre-infusion system has a progressively working piston and static pre-infusion chamber, resulting in smooth coffee extraction and Optimum aroma and crema.

Removable Cup Rack
The machine comes with a removable cup rack that can be pulled off to reduce the espresso machine's height.

Generously Dimensioned
20% higher volume (compared to other machines on the market) is paired with optimum thermosyphon system to quickly heat up and provide superior extraction.
