Pour Over or Plumbed in
The Rocket Cellini Evoluzione allows the user to run the machine as a pour over or plumb it in to a water supply. This unique feature gives the user the flexibility to use the machine right away.

External Pressure Adjustment
The Rocket Cellini Evoluzione features external boiler pressure adjustment. No longer does the cover have to be removed to adjust the pressure inside the steam boiler.

E-61 Brew Head
The Professional-Class E-61 brew group features a solid, lead-free brass end plate that helps in heat retention and thermal stability.

Pressure control switch
The Rocket Cellini Evoluzione comes with a full size commercially rated pressure switch (0,035°C temperature differential tolerance) - a technology that was earlier reserved for commercial machines only. 

Electronically Controlled
The Rocket Cellini Evoluzione features Microprocessor controlled automatic level control of boiler. Steel braided direct water connection system and a full drip tray drainage system.

Nickel-Plated Boiler
Its 1.8 liter, pure copper heat exchanger boiler has a brass end plate, which increases the steam power and thermal retention. The entire boiler unit is then nickel-plated, which doesn't react with or leach metals into the water. It is also less likely to build up minerals. So your Rocket Cellini Evoluzione will have less scale.

Stainless Steel Case and Removable Drip Tray
The Rocket Cellini Evoluzione is housed in a highly durable and very beautiful AISI 304 stainless steel case. Removable drip tray can be plumbed to a drain. Tray remains removable for easy cleaning.

Stainless Steel Nozzles
Steam wand with a two-hole tip and hot water wand are internally insulated so you won't burn yourself on them after use.

Dual Pre-Infusion System
Mechanical pre-infusion system has a progressively working piston and static pre-infusion chamber, resulting in smooth coffee extraction and superior crema and aroma.

Removable Cup Rack
You can pull off the cup rack to reduce the espresso machine's height.
