Construction
Lelit PL53 features a durable housing of polished stainless steel which is easy to clean and maintain. The grinder takes very little counter space and fits under almost any kitchen cabinet due to its compact size. The machine stands 12 3/8" H x ~5" W x 8 3/8" D and weighs 5.8 pounds.

Doserless Grinder
Lelit PL53 doserless grinder allows you to grind directly into the portafilter of your espresso machine. The grinder uses a ‘chute’ instead of a doser; thereby alleviating the cleaning chores associated with a doser. Place your portafilter under the chute and grind right into the portafilter.

Conical Burr Grinder
Lelit PL53 features conical burrs with the larger burr outside diameter size measured at 38mm. The conical burr grinder creates smooth and even particles. Its burrs, made of hardened steel operate at lower speeds and ensure your beans are not over-heated during the grinding process, thereby protecting the true flavor of your brewed coffee.

Bean Hopper
Lelit PL53 comes with a tinted plastic bean hopper (capacity about 10 ounces). The bean hopper is removable for hand cleaning.

Heavy Duty Motor
Lelit PL53 has a very powerful and effective 150-watt motor. The motor is engaged through the use of a micro switch that you can press your portafilter right up against and get freshly ground coffee directly into your portafilter.
