Expansive Live Visual Programming
With the Impressa S9 One Touch, you can visually program it to remember all of your favourite cup sizes. Impressa S9 One Touch can  be  programmed to remember your cup size by placing it under the nozzle and filling in the required quantity. You can set your espresso volume and the S9 One Touch will produce your favourite size drink every time. The Rotary Dial is used to override the programming without fear of losing the favourite settings; the S9 will revert back on the next brew. This innovative programming feature works on all of the S9's beverage buttons.
A special à la carte button is available to more easily make custom beverages every time. Milk and water dispensing can also be programmed, so you can always enjoy the same delicious drink, every time. Besides the four pre-programmed buttons the S9 One Touch features an à la carte button, which allows you to create your own cup size and strength just before brewing. Choose from 5 strength settings and dial from 1oz. to 8oz. in 1/2 oz. increments. Each cup can be set to a different combination without ever changing the pre-programmed coffee buttons.

Professional Auto-Cappuccino Spout
This is the milk control on your Impressa S9 One Touch. It automatically siphons milk from the included 20 ounce stainless steel insulated thermal milk container, combines it with hot steam and delivers hot, frothed milk into your Cappuccino cups. Turn the dial to the latte setting, and the S9 One Touch will deliver hot steamed milk with very little or no froth for that delicious Latte. Use the programming function to set your favourite level of steamed milk or froth.

Power and Performance at Your Fingertips
At the heart of the Impressa S9 are DUAL stainless steel-lined ThermoBlock boilers. Unlike a traditional boiler, ThermoBlocks offer rapid warm-up times paired with efficient, on-demand water usage. Turn on the S9, and it will be ready to brew AND steam in just a few moments. ThermoBlock technology channels the water through the heating element while minimizing the amount of water heated to what the S9's user demands. This process ensures water does not become stale sitting in a boiler for an extended period of time. Because the Impressa S9 has two heating elements, your days of waiting between brewing espresso and frothing milk are over. Jura-Capresso built this machine to be a workhorse, and the S9 is in fact rated for light commercial use, meaning you can run it hard without the fear of wearing it out.

True One-Touch Cappuccino
Simply press the dedicated cappuccino button and the Impressa S9 will begin frothing and/or steaming your milk, grind, tamp, and brew. It automatically siphons milk from the included 32 ounce insulated thermal milk container, combines it with hot steam and delivers hot, frothed milk into your Cappuccino cups. For latte just turn the dial to the latte setting, and the automatic frother will deliver hot steamed milk with very little or no froth for that delicious Latte.

Stainless Steel ThermoBlock for Power and Performance
Stainless steel-lined ThermoBlock boiler placed in the Jura Impressa S9 One-Touch allows shorter warm-up times paired with optimum water usage. Once the Jura Impressa S9 One-Touch is turned on, it will be ready to brew in just a few moments. Thermo Block technology channels the water through the heating element while minimizing the amount of water heated to what the Impressa's user demands. This process ensures fresh water supply at all times even for an extended period of time. Therefore, water does not become stale sitting in a boiler for an extended period of time.

Full-Featured Functionality
A 96 ounce water tank and 10 ounce bean hopper ensure that you can prepare far more than just a couple beverages before refilling. A bypass doser for pre-ground coffee provides the user a hassle-free method to quickly change to a different flavour or decaffeinated. The S9 automatically rinses itself upon start-up to prevent that dreaded cold first shot of the day. And the LED illuminated brewing surface adds an extra touch of elegance proving again that style and function need not be separated.

Ecological Intelligence –Power Save Mode
Do want your drinks ready for you at any random moment but do not want to waste electricity? Activate the Impressa S9's Energy Save Mode to lower the temperature of the unit without completely turning it off. Just as the S9 has two heating elements, it also has two energy saving settings: one to turn off the heating element for steam only, and one to also lower the temperature of the ThermoBlock for coffee. The first setting is perfect when you need espresso all day long but seldom require lattes or other milk beverages. The second energy saving setting is great when you will have more intervals between brewing espresso drinks.

Integrated Pure Water System (I.P.W.S.)
The advanced Clearyl filtration system prevents water impurities from entering sensitive areas of the machine, causing damage, and altering the taste of the coffee produced. A change filter message will be displayed when it is time to replace the cartridge (about every 8-12 weeks or 20 gallons). The S9 will also prompt you when it is time to clean the machine, so proper maintenance is a breeze.
