Since different kinds of teas are best brewed at different water temperatures, the Capresso H2O PRO features 11 temperature settings from 110 to 212 degrees F. Boiling duration can be set for anywhere from 3 to 20 seconds. The 1500 Watt concealed low-noise heating element  rapidly heats water to the temperature you desire and you can use a separate programmable keep warm setting to get instant hot water (190 degree max) for up to 40 minutes. A chlorine reducing setting is also featured to purify water taste. The unit is equipped with a micro filter spout that prevents unwanted particles from entering your beverage. A water level indicator window on the side displays an accurate reading of the amount of water inside. The Capresso H2O Pro Variable is completely safe to use.
