Shipping and Returns
We ship every business day using Canada Post, UPS and Purolator. All qualifying orders over $39 (before tax) will be shipped free of charge using Canada Post Expedited, Purolator Ground or UPS Ground. Typical delivery times are as follows:

International customers are responsible for any duty or customs assessed by their country.
We are located in Ontario Canada and taxes are as follows.
Residents of Ontario - 13% HST
Residents of New Brunswick and Newfoundland - 13% HST
Residents of Nova Scotia - 15% HST
Residents of Prince Edward Island - 14% HST
Residents of the remainder of Canada - 5% GST
People outside of Canada - Tax exempt (0%)
Most products carry a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. In many cases iDrinkCoffee handles warranty claims in house on behalf of manufacturers. Our service department is highly skilled and is an authorized warranty repair centre by many manufacturers.
To make a warranty claim please first contact our technical support department at 1-800-425-5405 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our technicians will try to troubleshoot your problem with you over the phone/email and will further instruct you if your product needs to be returned for service. Please note that in the case of a warranty claim the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us but iDrinkCoffee.com will cover return shipping costs.
90 Day Return Policy
We will gladly accept any brand new (unopened) items and provide a refund of the purchase price for 90 days after purchase. We will pay for return shipping*. If you received any bonus items with your purchase it is expected that these be returned in brand new (unopened) condition as well, otherwise the retail value of any such free gifts will be deducted from your refund. Any Coffee that we provide is yours to keep as our gift.
iDrinkCoffee.com Service Guarantee
As of January 13th 2014 we have updated our return policy and service guarantee.
We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk that you have in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees and better than money back return policy.
For 14 days after delivery of your product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a 100% refund and you can keep the free coffee that we include with every machine as our gift with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping*
Between 15 and 45 days we will still take your machine back if you change your mind but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.
Between 46 to 365 days we guarantee a trade in value for your machine of 50% of the original purchase price or more. If after a year you want something bigger and better we have you covered
Please note that in all cases, all original accessories, manuals and packaging material must be returned. The buyer is responsible for repackaging the product properly for transportation, the best way to do this is to keep the original packaging from iDrinkCoffee which meets all courier company requirements. If original packaging is not returned the item does not qualify for our 14 day or 15 to 45 day return policy. You will be given 50% trade in value as per our 46 to 365 day trade in guarantee.
* We will pay for shipping only for areas that are serviced by regular UPS standard service and only in Canada. If you live in a remote or rural area or outside of Canada there may be a "beyond destination" surcharge.
**some products are excluded from our 90 Day Return Policy and iDrinkCoffee.com Service Guarantee including all commercial machines and grinders, all special order equipment, all consumable goods and accessories.
